Never received the bidet?

Love the genie bidet attachment. It is easy to install and works as advertised. This is my second purchase for another bathroom. Great product.

The product is not as good as my previous one.

We have 3 Bidets in our house and really hate when we are away from our house and do not have the opportunity to use a bidet. I hate having "THE NOPES" (nope-not-yet, nope-not-yet, nope-not-yet)

This product is a great value for the price. You can get a luxury experience without paying too much. It's simple to use and you get acclimated to the cold shock very quickly. I got the version that just connects straight to the water so the temperature can be shocking, but like I said above, it's not a problem. The coolness can actually be refreshing.

My only qualm with the bidet is the instructions. They aren't super illustrative and the first time I attached the bidet's hose to the toilet and then my water hose, the connection leaked. They failed to say you needed to include a gasket inbetween connections. It was an easy fix, but I think they would have better instructions if that was included. I don't believe the video on the site shows it either.

Overall, you aren't going to get something earmarked as fancy for this price.

I love this bidet so much. My sister has another brand and complains about the water flow on hers, but this one is great. It has two jet options and you can easily adjust the water flow by turning the knob more or less. It’s easy to install and reasonably easy to clean—as easy as any bidet is going to be. I recommend an old toothbrush for cleaning. My husband still wants one with heated water but I have no interest in spending that much money on our toilet. That said, I feel great about the money I spent on this bidet. It has made using the bathroom away from home a little disappointing, as I have now become accustomed to a certain lifestyle.

Works great. I have installed 2 of these (1 round and 1 elongated toilet) and love them. I think it works better on an elongated commode. The spray seems to extend further in relation to the round seat install. Easy to install, but I used a YouTube video because the instructions that come with it are lacking. Sits nice and flat under the seat so there is no awkward tilt. For reference I have wood seats, not plastic.

Wonderful bidet, feeling clean down south to start your day is a great experience. Cutting down 90% on your toilet paper usage also helps the planet. Couldn’t recommend enough. 3 years and still cleaning thoroughly.

This company has terrible customer service. They do not answer emails. The phone is an answer machine and the voice mail box is full. I have been trying to return a product but have no way of doing it. I will not purchase a product here again.

This has to be the best purchase. I have made all year long. The "Geniebidet" feels like a $200.00 purchase, and is made of great quality parts. I only paid $52.00 + for my "Genie Bidet" and it works amazing. "Thank you, GenieBidet."

I previously purchased the entire bidet seat set up and while they were listed to fit standard toilets, the seats were ill fitting on my toilets. This happened with 2 different brands/models and I had to return. Finally I decided to just buy a heated toilet seat with no other bells and whistles and paired it with this Genie Bidet attachment and I'm so happy with it. The look is minimal and unobtrusive and I like that it's all white. With bidet seats, your toilet becomes much more clunkier and the seat sits higher. If you're a shorter person, you will feel the difference. By getting an attachment you still get a clean butt without noticeably changing your toilet seat size and seat height.

I also like that there's a shut off valve on the adaptor that I can use to manipulate water pressure. The only thing I dont have that the bidet seats would have given me is heated water but honestly the cold water feels very refreshing. I feel so clean afterwards.

Overall, I'm very happy with this product.

It’s a bit of a leap of faith for us gringos, but this thing is definitely a huge step forward! Super easy installation, highly affordable, and you’ll love it.

These easy to install bidet unit has changed my life. I feel cleaner and use way less T.P. We bought another unit from a different provider and it does not stand up to the quality and easy of use of the Genie Bidet. I wholly recommend this product.

It worked great in the beginning but after 2 years the little squirter wouldn’t go back up again. I got a new one and after 6 months the same thing happened. First one went out and I just used the other but with the second, the first one went out and then the second one pretty soon thereafter. Sorry I don’t have a great review but you asked. I just push them back up by hand which I don’t really like to do. Otherwise it is great.

I purchased the Ellegantz GenieBidet Toilet Attachment in September 2019 as my wife began a series of radiation treatments expected to cause considerable irritation and discomfort. My research beforehand suggested this model was the best combination of effectiveness, ease of installation, and value. It delivered as advertised, providing physical and emotional relief (to both of us). When we mentioned it to her medical team, they were interested enough that they took the model number, website info, and pictures I took of it installed. The nurse practitioner said she would suggest it to her other patients. We continue to use it almost two years later. It works perfectly. I am about to order a second one (lefthanded!) for sister-in-law who is undergoing surgery on her right shoulder.

I was skeptical when I bought this for my apartment. This has been the best purchase I could've made. Installation is a breeze and it didn't alter anything with the toilet seat or cause the "gap" I've read about. This does the job very well. I'm building a home and am already looking at upgrading to an electric model, with heat. Quality product that does not dissapoint!

I bought the bidet toilet attachment during the great Toilet Paper Crisis of 2020. After reading a ton of reviews about different brands, I bought the GenieBidet Toilet Attachment and was not disappointed! This thing has been great. It's easy to install, with clear and helpful videos on their website that walked me through every step. It's easy to adjust where the water stream points by making slight adjustments to the unit's placement. And it works simply and effectively: My butt has never felt so clean! The amount I spend on toilet paper has gone way down since I bought some washcloths for patting dry (they are dedicated "butt cloths," different than the ones I use for my face, LOL!!). Now whenever I travel I really miss having the bidet.GenieBidet's customer service has also been superb. After owning the attachment for about a year, the nozzle that I use most often stopped automatically retracting behind it's little shield after use. When I emailed GenieBidet about it, they replied within minutes. Then they replaced the part and shipped it at no cost, even though my unit was technically just past the warranty period. Great product and a great company!

I had never used a bidet before and never planned to. after some pressure from friends and a coupon code, i finally decided to make the purchase and im glad that i did. this thing is great. the installation is very simple, everything feels very high quality especially for the price, its easy to clean, has two different sprayers depending on what angle you want, and the pressure is adjustable on the unit. although its not heated, i find that the cold water really isnt much of an issue.

The unit is still going strong after 3 years. The installation was easy after watching their website videos. Not needing an electrical connection was key in the selection of this product.

This bidet was easy to install and works great. I'm glad I got this one instead of a hot water or more complicated one since this works well and is simple.
