Shipping/Warranty & Returns

We keep it simple and easy – All of our GenieBidet™ products come with a standard 1-year warranty. 

Anything goes wrong?
Just call or email us, and we’ll get a replacement part sent out to you at no cost. Our Genies are here for you!

After 1 year? We may use some discretion with the situation, and we may ask for additional proof of purchase, but 99% of the time we’ll still send you the replacement part you need at no cost to you!

We try to be as fair as possible, but unfortunately, we occasionally run into less-than-honest folks who ruin it for everyone else.

Shipping: Although we are a Canadian company, our fulfillment warehouse is in the USA which is why we offer free shipping within the USA but no free Shipping to Canada. You will see the shipping fees at checkout and may be responsible for any duties collected at your shipping address in Canada.

Our GenieBidet™ policy is always 30 days to return any item.
We’ll cover your return shipping with a prepaid UPS label for orders over $60.

***Some of our parts or travel bidet you may be responsible for shipping USPS First Class which usually costs less than $3.

After 30 days?
We’ll approve your return most of the time, but you might have to cover the return shipping. We still send you a prepaid UPS return label, so you can still just drop off the item, and we’ll just deduct the difference from your refund.

Item used/damaged by the customer? Same policy as on Amazon. We can withhold up to 50% of your refund. We will always take your customer loyalty into consideration, listen to your situation, and mediate a fair outcome.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide prepaid return shipping for Canadian and International orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping to our address in Canada.

Shipping items back across the border to the U.S. is very expensive, so we accept returns to our Canadian address.

When we receive your return, you’ll still get a full refund in U.S. funds for the cost of the item! 

We always credit the original method of payment and are not responsible for changes in exchange rates or other fees charged by credit cards.
