It's okay. It was a difficult install and we had to purchase different parts to make it work with our plumbing. I've found it doesn't stay secure on the toilet as well as other bidets we've had due to the mechanism to attach it so we slide off when we sit down. That has been frustrating.

This GenieBidet T Adapter was far better than the Luxe 185 OEM T Adapter. Luxe and possibly other bidet manufactures could learn something about this product.

We bought our first bidet after my wife’s back surgery to assist in her having to twist intern we have been so happy we are on our second GenieBidet for bathroom number two and going to purchase another next week love them and so does our company who visit and get their first opportunity do use a bidet.

I had to replace my T valve because the bidet installation instructions forgot to mention the connector must be hand tightened only. I used my wrench and broke the lightweight white plastic connector. When the new replacement T valve came, I see it is marked hand tighten only on the white plastic, but either the original T valve nor the instructions said hand tighten anywhere. Anyway, I hand tighten the new T valve, and everything works great now.

This part is VERY easy to use, VERY reasonable cost, VERY easy to install, and unfortunately while moving we forgot to take it with us! Going directly to GenieBidet was our best way to get the part that we needed for our GenieBidet and it arrived very quickly! And, your video is a wonderful step by step guide on how to Install under 10-Minutes! THANKS! (and ,who else is selling this quality of a product...and with the strength of Brass too!)

This T-Adapter worked perfectly with our new bidets. The adapters that came with our bidets were leaking, but the GenieBidet T-Adapter solved the problem. Worked great!

This adapter works extremely well. It is easy to install and does not leak. I manage to break the valve handle off and they sent me a new one right away. It's doing great as well.

The GenieBidet Hybrid LEAK-STOP chromed Brass 3-way T Adapter is a high quality solid brass valve. I used it to replace the cheesy plastic adapter (that was leaking!) that came with the bidet. Now I have confidence in the connection and don't have to worry that my bathroom will be flooded by a sub-standard piece of plastic junk. The new valve was an exact replacement- no other parts or supplies are necessary. The 1/4 turn shutoff is a nice added feature too. Now the bidet can be removed for thorough cleaning without disconnecting all the toilet plumbing. I highly recommend the GenieBidet 3-way adapter for anyone who might have had plastic fittings supplied with their bidet.

I've been using the T Adapter for over a year without any issues. The solid metal appears strong and durable. Plus, the handle is easy to move.

Much better than the plastic “T” adapters. Gives you the option of cutting off water to your bidet without stopping water flow to the toilet tank

The adapter that came with my bidet made my toilet tank fill slow and loud because of the constricted flow rate.This adapter allowed my toilet tank to fill at the same speed as not having the bidet.

Quality product! I replaced a cheap plastic 3 way T adapter that came with a product with this one and it did not leak or crack like the others. Works Perfectly! Highly recommend! I will buy Genie products again!

This product is a must in Florida where the water is lime filled. It help control the issue.

Great brand of bidet especially for the money. Not over complicated but works well without issues. I am a repeat customer because I like their products and service.

This ended up being exactly what I needed. My old valve got stuck on the old plastic fill pipe outlet and had to be sawed off. Replaced with this valve and it has the added bonus of being able to shut it off. I like that because my 2 year old likes turning the knobs on the bidet. As long as I turn the valve off he won't be able to spray the water. Win win.

Full disclosure, I am receiving a coupon for a fair review of this product. Having said that I do like this product a lot. I also own the Bidet itself and the shut off valve is a quality made product that facilitates taking the seat off to clean it and under it.

Ordered a bidet on Overstock and it was foreign made so the connector attachments were slightly off. I ordered the 3 way adapter from genie bidet and it fit perfect with no more leaks or cross threading.
