I was very disappointed after I got my Toto washlet and discovered that I could not connect it to my Kohler toilet. I gave Toto a call and they told me that a fitting was available that could solve the problem. I ordered this fitting from Genie Bidet and installed it myself and it now works perfectly!

I have a weird toilet that has a fill inlet that is in a tight space where I couldn't connect the TOTO provided T connector. This is exactly what I was looking for to connect the TOTO SW2024. However, the 1/2" connector inside diameter was a little bigger than the new TOTO bidet hose adapter. I just bought a bigger o-ring and that sealed the gap.

This fit perfectly, and was actually much smaller than the T connector that came with the bidet. If you can't access the back of your toilet bowl, this is the connector you'll likely need to get, and the quality is excellent.

Doesn’t actually fit the Toto 7/8 adaptor so bad

I could not connect my bidet at the top of the toilet because of the toilet’s design but this fixed the issue by connecting at the small pipe that comes out of the floor. Seems to be very high quality part.

Did what I needed. Isn't a perfect fit for Toto, needed an additional adapter: thp3141.

the half inch connector depth is too short for the o-ring to engage properly and causes leaking. the 1/2 inch side needs to be at least twice as long to connect properly.

Does what it's supposed to do and I feel better having replaced the faulty plastic one.

This part was a lifesaver to connect our bidet seat to our toilet. It had the right connections to go from the supply valve in our floor to then convert to go to the tank as well as connect the new bidet seat. I couldn't find this at any of the big box stores, so GenieBidet came to the rescue. Installation was easy and it has been working great ever since. This replaced the one that came with our bidet seat, which was the wrong size.

It’s been 2 weeks now that I placed the order and haven’t received it yet. For $14 t-valve I paid $20 for shipping from US to Canada and it’s now 2 weeks and the tracking number shows it is still in the US. Absolutely poor shipping.
