All of our Factory refurbished GenieBidet™ products have never been used. 99% of the time, the customer returned the bidet because they ordered the wrong size or was intimated by the simple installation process (probably never watched our installation videos) and tossed it back in the box as a return. 

PLEASE NOTE: Refurbished products may have minor cosmetic imperfections, but they are fully functional, never been used and come with the same warranty as new. They are discounted due to the possibility of minor scratches.
