How am I supposed to buy a product if the dimensions are not provided? This site only provides pictures so good luck!

This hose was just the ticket. Only problem is that the company offers virtually NO customer service via their “customer service “ phone line. I put in 3 or 4 calls (they never answer the phone) over a couple of months, and finally got an email saying I should check the website for support. Of course, no answer to my question on the website. WTH?
