We've now bought 5 of these! Easy to install, simple to use, and they leave us so much cleaner and more comfortable than TP. We don't need fancy heaters or other frills, just a quick squirt of cool water is fine. Even my husband and grown sons love them. I often explain to others how to use them, including people in stores that sell various kinds but hesitate to use one themselves, have no idea how simple they are, and can't sell them. Using these instead of TP, or at least cutting way down on TP, helps keep the sewer lines from clogging.

My wife really wanted one and after some research it looked like this was one of the better ones. First of all, this bidet is as advertised. Works like a charm and has a modern look and feel. Second, super easy to install and comes with everything you need including a little screwdriver. Very well done and high quality. I like it my wife likes it. Why did I wait so long!!!

I have a full bells and whistle Toto bidet...and this Genie Bidet is just as good. It might not have all the bells and whistles...but it absolutely does the job just as good. Thanks Genie!

This bidet looks so much better on my toilet compared to the older/larger/more expensive model and it provides the same quality of cleaning. I absolutely love it, genie bidets changed my family’s lives. Also I can’t remember the last time I needed to buy toilet paper. Lol

A friend gave me one of these but forgot to include the mounting discs. I emailed asking for some instructions and they offered to send me the discs. I'm still looking forward to installing and trying it out. but I thought that was really nice!

It was so easy to install only took fifteen minutes My mother-in-law was at my house and used it.She said she wanted one for her birthday so I bought her one, She loves it.

The instructions are horrendous, both that come in the manual and the video. And my bidet hose was missing a bolt. Haven’t used the bidet yet, still trying to figure out how to install it.

Well worth the spend.

Works exactly like promised. No instructions for setup, and online instructions don't cover this model. The spray can be intense, but gets the job done.

This is the tool I never knew I needed! It works perfectly, 2 settings for 2 different jets of water, front and rear. Much cleaner than toilet paper alone.
